Side-by-side bid comparison

When bids come in, see them on one screen ordered by total. Recommend one for the customer to accept; once accepted, the trade is auto-awarded into the construction phase.

Auto-source on Stage 3 unlock

Stage 3 unlock triggers an automated quote-out across every phase that doesn't have a trade locked in. You wake up to a directory of fresh bids.

Milestone payments

Each phase has a milestone payment. Customer pays via Stripe once the phase is signed off; funds released straight to you. Audit trail per phase.

Drawing delivery panel

Drop the architect's full drawing set once, and it's automatically attached to every relevant phase's sub-board so trades always have the right reference.

Customer portal

What your customer sees.

If you invite the homeowner, they get a guided portal that handles the things that usually generate 40 emails — without giving away your costs.

Mood board with supplier import

Customer builds their mood board with images dropped from any supplier site (paste-URL, drag, browser bookmarklet, mobile share-sheet). Images mirrored to our storage — they don't break when supplier CDNs rotate.

Document library

Forty-eight plain-English renovation volumes routed by their answers to the questionnaire. Stage gates so they only see what's relevant to where they are.

Costing view (sanitised)

Customer sees totals, payment schedule and what's in scope — not your unit costs, markup or trade rates. Print-friendly, GST inclusive.

Sign-off workflows

Drawings sign-off, product selection confirmation, phase completion — each step is a one-tap action with a timestamp and audit trail.
