Stage 1 — Scan & Concept

Unlocks detailed brief, drawings, product selection.

Common questions
- What happens if I cancel Pro?
- Your projects stay. Your team gets suspended (re-invitable when you re-subscribe). Anything past the Free 1-customer cap goes read-only with an upgrade prompt — nothing's deleted, customers keep their portal access.
- Is the Pro trial really no-card?
- Yes. Sign up, click "Try Pro free for 14 days", no card required. After 14 days you drop to Free unless you add a card. We send a reminder a few days before it ends.
- Can I get a refund on a stage fee if my customer drops out?
- Stage fees are non-refundable. Once you've paid to advance a customer to Stage 2, that slot is used even if the customer walks. Charge them up-front for stage fees and you're even.
- Do I need an ABN to sign up?
- No, but most builder features assume you're running a business (white-label quotes, trade scripts, etc.). Sole traders are fine.
- Is GST included?
- All prices on this page are inclusive of 10% GST. Stripe receipts show the GST line for your tax records.
