Quick questions
- Do I need to create an account first?
- No. Pay through Stripe, we email you a sign-in link. Clicking it creates your account and unlocks the library. Takes 60 seconds.
- If I later pay for Stage 1, does this count toward it?
- Stage 1 ($399) is a separate service that includes a scan, concept package, managed pipeline, and free library access for the duration. If you've already bought the library standalone, you'll have access via both routes — Stage 1 doesn't refund the standalone purchase, but you also won't lose your library access if you choose to start Stage 1.
- What if I'm not in Australia?
- The compliance volumes (Part E) are state-specific to AU. The rest applies anywhere. If you're overseas, you're still getting 40+ volumes of useful content — but go in with eyes open.
- Refund?
- If the library doesn't make sense to you in the first 14 days, email steve@therenolounge.comand we'll refund you, no questions.
