Two end-to-end maps — one for homeowners, one for builders. Three priced stages each, every column the project moves through, who owns each step, and what comes out the other end.
Same backbone, different verticals. The diagrams below use bathroom phase names because that's the original vertical, but the column structure is identical for kitchen and laundry projects. Kitchen swaps in cabinetry install, benchtop template, benchtop install, splashback install and appliance install in place of waterproofing, tiling, glazing and the bathroom-specific fit-off steps. Laundry adds a tub install + washing-machine install variant. Per-vertical SVGs are on the roadmap.

Homeowner journey
Personal tier: $399 → $699 → $150 + milestones
How a personal-tier homeowner moves through MyRenoHQ end to end. Three priced stages — Scan & Concept, Detailed Design & Documentation, Trades, Products & Site Management — each terminating in an explicit off-ramp, so a homeowner can walk away with a usable artefact at any stage boundary. Colour-coded owner pills make it obvious where MyRenoHQ does the work, where the homeowner acts, and where AI shortcuts the brief.
Builder journey
Business tier: $199 → $399 → $99 per customer + Pro $500/mo
Same three-stage backbone, priced as a per-customer platform fee paid by the builder. Each stage has a Pay & advance gate that runs through Stripe — only the webhook's confirmation actually moves the project. The lower extras panel covers Free vs Pro $500/mo, private trade lists, rate overrides, optional homeowner portal invites, and the milestone payments that flow Stripe Connect → builder, separately from the platform fees.
